It’s all-inclusive, so ingredients, expert guidance, equipment if required, and cleanup are taken care of. You focus on cooking, learning, and enjoying the meal - plus you get to keep the recipe card, so the dish becomes part of your new routine.

For competent home cooks who love hosting dinner parties and want to impress friends with more technical, refined dishes. These workshops are an opportunity to master advanced techniques, elevate your cooking, and enhance your plating presentation.

You’ll learn some of my signature dishes that showcase advanced techniques, from using vital wheat gluten to mimic chicken-like textures to applying a touch of molecular gastronomy to add flair to desserts. We’ll also work with luxury ingredients such as king oyster mushrooms and truffle oil, giving you the skills and confidence to create impressive, restaurant-quality plant-based dishes at home.

It’s all-inclusive - I bring the ingredients (including premium items), recipes, equipment if needed, and handle the cleanup. You’ll get hands-on experience with advanced plant-based techniques, plating, and flavour development, plus a recipe card to take home so you can recreate the dishes and continue experimenting in your own kitchen.

Expect around 3 hours of hands-on cooking, tasting, and learning. I’ll also bring some elements pre-prepared, like marinated proteins or sauces, so you can taste a finished dish immediately. This gives you plenty of extra ingredients to practice with during the session or take home to recreate another meal - maximizing your learning and value.

Advanced workshops are priced per session, giving excellent value for a solo deep-dive or a social dinner:
1 person: £200
2 people: £220 (£110 each)
3 people: £230 (£77 each)
4 people: £240 (£60 each)
Sessions typically accommodate up to four people. You can also upgrade to add a starter or dessert for £20 per person, per course.

Yes - all dishes are 100% plant-based. If you have allergies or intolerances (nuts, gluten, soy, etc.), please let me know when booking so I can adapt the recipes where possible.

The workshops take place in your own kitchen, so no travel needed! I bring all the ingredients and any specialized equipment required. When booking, we can check what you already have, as it’s always best to work with tools you’re comfortable using.

I cover a local radius of 10 miles from my home in Windsor, included in your workshop price. For locations beyond this, a small travel supplement will apply, which will be calculated when you book.

Each workshop focuses on a main dish, which you’ll get to cook and enjoy eating. You also have the option to enhance your dining experience with a starter and/or dessert, which I’ll prepare in advance.
